SHIPPING
Orders over $50 ship for free. For orders under $50, customers may select their desired carrier and rate during the checkout process.
Any order over $300 will ship via UPS Ground and require an adult signature at time of delivery.
Orders between $50-$300 may ship via USPS or UPS, depending up size of item and fastest delivery times available.
We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: AUTOMATIC KNIVES will only ship to addresses within the state of Wisconsin
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Online returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of shipment delivery date. Any return requests after 30 days of shipment delivery date can be made for an online store account credit.
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Items that cannot be sold as "new"
- Special ordered "non-stocking" items
- Drop shipment items
- Gift cards can not be returned or refunded
Defective Items:
All defective items are eligible for in-store credit or replacement only. Sherper's will attempt to repair or replace your defective item under the vendor's terms.
To Return Your Item:
- Please include a copy of your order receipt in your package
- If making an exchange, please note the item and size which you are exchanging your purchased item for.

Please Note:
- Returns or exchanges are sent back to our store at the purchaser's expense
- If an item is being exchanged, we will cover shipment cost of the new item back to the customer on orders over $50.00.
- Shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- At this time, MKE Blades is unable to ship internationally
- AUTOMATIC KNIVES will only ship to addresses within the state of Wisconsin
