  • Does my knife come with a warranty? 
    Most knives we sell come with a warranty. Warranties vary by brand, and you can visit our warranty information page to find out the specifics for the knife you are interested in.

  • Do you sell and ship automatic/switchblade knives?
    We do sell automatic knives, however, due to the varied and many federal and state laws regarding the sale and shipment of these knives, we restrict our sales AND shipment to Wisconsin addresses only. 

  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    At MKE Blades, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason it isn't what you expected, we can return or exchange the item based on its condition within 30 days of purchase. For full details on returns and exchanges, click here

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?
    We do! Whether you are looking for a good deal for your bridal party, Christmas gifts, or even work associates, we can price out bulk discounts for you per item. Even if it is not an item we typically stock, we are happy to order bulk knives for our customers. Give us a call or send us an email with your request and we can let you know what we can do.

  • Do you price match?

  • Do you offer military and law enforcement discounts? 
    Yes, we are proud to offer discounts to the men and women of our armed forces and law enforcement agencies. We offer 10% with a valid ID. Simply email us an image of your ID, and we will take 10% off of your order upon completion. 

  • How do I check my order status? 
    To check on your order, please sign into your account here. From your account screen, you will be able to see your order status, check tracking numbers, and view all order history.

  • How do you ship your knives?
    We use UPS Ground shipping as our complimentary shipping method for orders over $50. Customers can opt to expedite their shipment at their own cost during the checkout process. For orders under $50, customers can choose shipping options from both UPS and USPS during the checkout process.
